Genetic Testing

Genetic Testing – If you have struggled with medication, your genes may be a contributing factor. With the GeneSight® test, your genetic makeup can provide clinicians with insight into how you may metabolize or respond to certain medications commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD and other psychiatric conditions.

Treatment Resistant Depression and Suicidal Ideation: Ketamine, when used in very low doses, is a proven fast-acting and long-lasting medication. Ketamine is proven to regenerate neural pathways that have deteriorated over time due to depression.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder OCD
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD): Coping with OCD without knowing there are effective treatment options can be intrusive and intensely distressing. When Ketamine is used to treat OCD, symptom relief can be felt within 10 minutes of infusion and the effects of it can last up to 2 weeks.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): Suffering from PTSD is debilitating and can alter the relationships you have with family and loved ones. When you undergo Ketamine Infusion Therapy, it can work to keep your mind clear. Ketamine works by minimizing PTSD symptoms. We suggest cognitive therapy’s in addition to Ketamine.

Anxiety: Ketamine infusion therapy works on the neurotransmitter glutamate, often a major player in anxiety and depression disorders. This is thought to explain why ketamine is so quickly effective in previously difficult-to-treat anxiety disorders. Traditional medications have zero impact on the glutamate pathway.
